Job Description:
* Payroll processing
* Annual/medical leave record & related cost update
* Salary review and performance appraisal exercises
* Headcount management
* Job analysis and evaluation
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits program
* Applicants with more years of experience will be offered a senior post.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management with at least 4 to 5 years’ of related experience
* Strong understanding of market practices / trends and local employment and legislation
* Good analytical and statistical knowledge
