Sales Coordinator - Calibration and Measurement

Job Description: * Overall in charge of monitoring and ensuring all calibration contract requirements are met * Monitor and track calibration jobs such as sending out reminders, coordinating collection and delivery on a timely basis as well as managing the customers’ equipment list posted in the web-based Gauge Management System * Coordinate customer’s jobs within and across departmental levels as well as external subcontractors * Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments * Liaise with Finance department on matters pertaining to Purchase Orders, Sales Work Orders/Tax Invoices and Debtors Job Requirements: * NITEC/ITE in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience in sales coordination, customer service and/or marketing * Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations * Prior working experience in the testing of related products will be an added advantage * Mature and self-disciplined individual Others: * Working Location: Jalan Boon Lay, 5-day week, 8am-5.45pm
