Responsibilities - Provide efficient and courteous reception services at the Reception Counter. - Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. - Handle courier, mails and faxes. - Data entry, prepare payment vouchers & cheques - Any other adhoc admin dutie
Requirements - Min ‘N’ or ’O’ level. - Relevant Reception and Office Administration experience preferred. - Good communication skill with good telephone etiquette. - Pleasant personality with a good voice. - Resourceful and Proficient in MS office. - Able to speak in Mandarin and require to liase with chinese speaking clients - Positive attitude and willing to learn. - Able to start work at a short notice. - 2 locations : Kallang and Great World City - Salary range : $1300 - $1500
