Job Description:
- Assist to identify and evaluate regional business investment opportunities
* Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of markets’ and companies’
performance, and prepare the research report
* Develop and maintain financial evaluation models
* Assist AVP/VP in managing due diligence work
* Assist AVP/VP in liaison with investment bankers/brokers/other external parties
* Maintain updated database of market, company and competitors’ information
Job Requirements:
* Entrepreneurial and good business initiative with more than 3-4 years of experience of which some years are
in finance-related valuation and some hands-on regional business development, Mergers & Acquisitions and
strategic planning experience
* Financial Management/Accounting/Engineering Degree from recognised university
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills developed through experience of complex data analysis and delivery
of results in fast pace environment and tight deadlines
* Solid understanding of finance and M&A essential
* Ability to develop and understand financial evaluation models as well as conduct investment research
* Ability to produce high quality presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint software
* Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast pace environment
* Possess business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
