Job Description: * Responsible for the day to day operational issues involving responses to complex or high-severity service incidents * Support the security services that are provided to the customers and be involved in BS7799 or other relevant security audit programmes * Provide FW/VPN/IDS/IPS service support, systems/equipment maintenance, perform regular system backup of log data/policy/configuration, perform system and network vulnerability assessment, monitoring security alerts, detecting and managing anomalies, generating monthly reports, documenting work processes as well as implementing solutions * Required to work closely with the pre-sales consultant and technical team to successfully deliver projects, perform system design, integration and recommendation, develop contingency and recovery plans Job Requirements: * Degree in IT or computer engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience * Significant experience in design, deployment, on-going administration and troubleshooting security infrastructure * Working experience in Checkpoint SmartCenter Management Server, Syslog Server * Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, Linux, Unix, Windows OS, TCP/IP protocol, switch and router with the ability to write Unix/Perl scripts * Updated on security vulnerabilities/threats and preferably familiar with a wide-range of security products, like Nokia, WatchGuard, Fortinet, ISS * Experience in security audit or assessment will be advantageous * Certified as CISSP, NSA, CSSE or SISP will be advantageous * Good analytical, problem-solving, customer-service and vendor management skills * A team player with leadership ability and hands-on experience in project management * 24x7 standby/support Others: * Working Location: Bishan/Toa Payoh
