Engineer, Managed Services (Operation Services/6 mths-1yr contract)

Job Description: * Part of the Managed Services and Information Technology team providing services and support to our Managed customers and the corporate system * Experience in OS operation, Messaging system, backup / storage solution, and system / network security * Provide Support to Customer Support Centre in problem resolution * To assist in project implementation and system rollout and required to perform according to work procedures and system configuration * To compile and generate customer and incidence report on a regular basis * To liaise with our vendors to achieve effective product delivery and support * As an ISO9001 and BS7799 organisation, you are expected to be familiar with this process and procedures. You are to perform your day to day operation within this framework Job Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in IT or related area * Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in supporting and managing various operating systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows and Linux) and Email platform such as Exchange or Imail * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Active Directory is a must * Good understanding of security and internet networking * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * A good team player Others: * Working Location: Bishan/Toa Payoh
