Team Leader – Telesales / Call Centre
Job Duties:

Oversee a team of Telesales Officers

Provide team with objectives with regular feedbacks

Conduct regular meetings to ensure team members have complete understanding of process and procedures

Implement and monitor daily schedules

Provide marketing support on new product launched and ensure information is disseminate to team members

Review workflow and procedures

Ensure the team meets their monthly target
Job Requirements:
-
At least 3 years relevant experience in telesales / call centre, with supervisory role
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong leadership quality
-
Singaporean and Singapore PR only
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
