The main job purpose is to manage the Telemarketing Team to consistently meet sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing Daily operation of the Telemarketing Team of about 25-40 telesales agents, depending on campaign.

Performance management through goal setting, mid month and end month review.

Quality assurance through call monitoring and analysis to determine the CCR’s skill development needs and provide coaching
-
Liaise with business partner (bank) and internally to identify solutions and resolve problems
-
Conduct Sales and Product coaching
-
Produce call evaluation, productivity and sales reports, sales projection and other ad-hoc duties

Managing Department’s PNL and ROS
-
To communicate Company’s policies and processes translated by the Company

To conduct interviews for suitable telesales agents
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years experience in managing marketing or sales team

At least 1 year experience in the telemarketing Industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Effective organisational and interpersonal skills
-
Possess good self initiative and excellent project planning and management skills

Sales, results and service oriented
-
Must be a highly motivated and be able to motivate a team of 20 - 30 sales staff

Ability to work independent and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
