Assistant Manager

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Report to Direct Sales Senior Manager

  • To plan, forecast and submit monthly sales projections

  • To be the main key point of contact between Client and Company

  • To lead and motivate a team of direct sales officers to drive sales to meet revenue targets by penetrating new markets and bring in new customers accounts

  • Responsible for recruitment, manpower planning and work schedule for Team

  • Willing to partake in selling and promoting the products when required

  • To timely produce Sales Team members scorecard; track and report sales and submission

  • Manage salary and commission for team and sales incentives

  • Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relations both within the Company and external client

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of managing and leading a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills  

  • Good organizational, planning and operation capabilities

  • Self-disciplined and highly result driven, with proven ability to execute and work with a team

  • Able to under pressures in a sales driven environment for aggressive targets

  • Articulate, a dynamic personality, and possess a great deal of initiative

  • Good knowledge in MS office skills

  • Individual who has banking experience is an added advantage to the position

  • Able to start work within short notice

  • Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only

  • Foreigners with extensive 5 years of Outbound Telemarketing Experience may apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
