Job Description: * Attract and recruit quality team members through active sourcing from the competitors’ market. * Ensure effective allocation and utilization of manpower of each counter. * Manage and motivate team members through leadership, clear direction, regular communication and counseling. * Ensure staff are well trained with product knowledge and selling techniques. * Plan the monthly roster for retail staffs and ensure that the team receives the roster prior to the start of each month. * Ensure accurate calculation of retail staffs’ monthly commission. * Monitor daily sales achievement of each counter. * Ensure brand & store targets are achieved. * Motivate team to achieve established sales targets and provide action plan/feedback to manage any obstacles in attaining such targets. * Ensure that a high standard of customer service is maintained and efforts are made to build a regular customer base. Resolve any customer conflicts professionally. * Ensure optimum stock level for each counter through close monitoring of stock movement and inventory level. * Ensure each counter is appropriately and attractively presented in line with brands’ image. * Ensure routine housekeeping efforts are maintained at each counter. * Ensure proper set-up for any promotional events, launches or Principals’ visits. Customer Relations Management * Develop and implement strategies, programmes, mechanisms & framework relating to customer care, support and relationship. * Manage customer database and execute customer relations / marketing mailouts. * Provide and evaluate customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop and manage customer satisfaction measurement programmes. * Administer, analyze and manage customer feedback data using statistical tools and reporting. * Develop and execute customer relations / loyalty / reward / redemption programmes and events. Job Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies * At least 2 - 3 years of RELEVANT retail operations and customer relations management experience * Fresh graduates NEED NOT apply * Results-oriented, confident and possesses good interpersonal skills * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Resourceful and creative * Ability to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment * Working hours: Mon – Fri; 9am – 6pm / Location: Eunos/Tai Seng Drive Others: * Working Location: Ubi
