Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full spectrum of training and development functions in the organisation to achieve corporate and business objectives

    < /li>
  • Plan, manage and conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the annual training plan

    < /li>
  • Coordinate training activities, conduct training and evaluate training effectiven ess.

    < /li>
  • Maintain up to date training records and generate training and development statis tics

    < /li>
  • Provide organizational development services, including developing and implementing measure s to enhance employee and organizational performance.

    < /li>
  • Design, facilitate and conduct various in house programs - include New Employee On-board ing, leadership, team building, e-learning and succession planning

    < /li>
  • Responsible and administer training grants

    < /li>
  • Review, recommend and advise on all course applications to ensure relevance to Company and employee’s development needs < /span>

  • To administer all sponsorships and bonds for external short course, in-house training p rogrammes, educational and professional development programmes < /span>

  • Manage training costs and budgets for the organization < /span>

Requirements: < /span >

  • Diploma in any discipline < /span>

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience < /span>

  • Excellent communication, language, interpersonal and presentation skills < /span>

  • Ability to interact well with all level of staff < /span>

  • Proactive and independent worker < /span>

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and follow up skills < /span>

  • Good team player and strong customer orientation < /span>

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) < /span>
