Job Description:
* Conceptualize dealer"s service planning
* Liaise with country managers on service requirements
* Manage service dealer and liaise with end-user service needs
* Relate concerns on customer-service requirements
* Perform hands-on repair and service work
* Impart knowledge, train and develop service dealer
* Develop and manage Service Dealership Programmes
* Carry out duties that align with After-Sales Service Team objectives
Job Requirements:
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
* Those without Diploma but with similar experience may also apply
* 2 years" experience in automotive or industrial application
* Self-motivated and team-player with good communication skills
* Independent and attentive to details with strong drive and initiative
* Understanding of after-sales service network and management
* Able to travel frequently at short notice
* Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese Language is an added advantage
