Admin Assistant (West/5days) Posted: 7/29/2008

Responsibilities
- To maintain and ensure that the records of telephone extension lines, direct lines, telephone sets, mobile phones and other relevant data in the Telephone Master listing are up-to-date.
- Co-ordinates repair and maintenance of telecommunication equipment.
- Provides clerical support in telecommunication services, including purchase, issue, maintain and record keeping of telephone, fax machine and mobile phone.
- Assists in liaising with telecommunication service providers on installation, relocation and removal of telephone extension lines, direct lines, local lease circuits, ISDN lines and public phones,.
- Verifies monthly Telecom bills for telephone lines, local leased circuits, ISDN lines, mobile phones and prepares charge slips to the users.
- Performs general administrative duties such as filing, controlling and maintaining of documents.
- Attends to phone enquiries and applications on telecommunication matters and requests.
- Performs any other duties relating to telephony support (admin, clerical & technical) as assigned by the designated supervisor in customer premises. 


Requirements
- Min Diploma holder
- Relevant Office Administration experience preferred.
- Good communication skill and Pleasant personality
- Resourceful and Proficient in MS office.
- Able to speak in Mandarin and require to liase with chinese speaking clients
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Able to start work immediately
